Turning Point Scotland continues to be committed to undertaking the Gender Pay Gap Analysis and this year’s results are testament to our positive action for equality and diversity to ensure fairness and transparency.

We have no gap in pay between men and women. Our mean gap is 0% and our median gap is 0%.
