Annual Leave 35 days

Taking time off is essential for recharging and spending quality moments with family, friends, or simply enjoying some solitude. When you join our team, you'll receive 35 days of annual leave, including public holidays (pro-rated for part-time colleagues)

Pension

If you pay 5% (4% after tax relief) of your salary into our pension scheme, TPS will contribute an additional 4% through a salary sacrifice arrangement, giving a total contribution of 9%.

Life Insurance

When you work for us you’ll be covered by our death in service scheme, giving your dependants the equivalent of one year’s salary in life insurance, or 3 times your salary if you join our Pension Scheme.

Cycle to Work Scheme

Counselling Service

Should you need some additional support you’ll have access to six completely confidential face to face or online counselling sessions, provided free by an external agency.

Tax-Free Childcare

Designed so that for every £8 you put into your Tax-Free Childcare account, the state will add £2. The scheme gives you basic-rate tax back on your childcare bill meaning you could save up to £2,000 a year.

Employee referral bonus scheme

An incentive offered to existing employees who refer candidates to apply for a vacant position and who are then successful in gaining employment with us.

We have a generous OSP scheme, giving you up to 20 weeks full pay and 6 weeks half pay after 5 years for sickness-related absences.
