Turning Point Scotland submitted a response to Scottish Affairs Committee (SAC) inquiry on the Safer Consumption Pilot Facility.

Some key points of the response included:

• We support the facility, however, it’s unable to meet everyone’s needs
• We shouldn’t overlook the impact on health and social inequalities
• We find the legal position precarious
• We need reform to secure a sustainable legal framework
