Turning Point Scotland has been listed as one of the best places to work in the Sunday Times Best Place to Work. This nationwide workplace survey by The Sunday Times, powered by WorkL, honours and celebrates Britain’s top employers in the UK.
Turning Point Scotland was categorized in Best Large Companies for organisations with 200 to 1,999 employees.
The Sunday Times Best Places to Work awards survey used 26 questions from WorkL’s employee engagement survey, developed by behavioural scientists, data analysts, psychologists, business leaders, academics and other independent parties to accurately monitor employee engagement and wellbeing in the workplace. To achieve a high overall engagement score, an organisation was required to score well across WorkL’s six-step framework:
- Reward and Recognition
- Instilling Pride
- Information Sharing
- Empowerment
- Wellbeing
- Job Satisfaction
Turning Point Scotland achieved Excellence across all six steps. Some of the highlights included:
- Average Happiness- 85%
- Reward & Recognition- 82%
- Installing pride- 88%
- Job Satisfaction- 87%.
Turning point Scotland was rewarded Excellent for Diversity and Inclusion.
88% of participants voted “I feel Proud to work for my organisation.”
On top of this recognition, Turning Point Scotland was also Highly Commended for “Best Places to Work for Disabled Employees” in the Spotlight Awards celebrate unique qualities among Best Places to Work.
