Turning Point Scotland is pleased to report our progress towards gender equality.

Due to Covid-19 the Government suspended the requirements for organisations to publish gender pay gap reporting in 2020. Turning Point Scotland took the view that our commitment to equality and diversity didn’t stop when the pandemic started and we continued to undertake the Gender Pay Gap analysis to ensure fairness and transparency in our approach.

We are pleased to report that we do not have a significant gap in pay between men and women. Our mean gap is 0.97% and our median gap is 0%.

Look at the figures and read the accompanying written statements in the full report from 2020 and our latest report in 2021 to see how we will continue to embed and pursue best practice to be rigorous around our anti-discriminatory pay practices.

This report has also been posted to the Government’s Gender Pay Gap website.
