Turning Point Scotland Inverclyde
Description
The Turning Point Scotland Inverclyde service provides support to people living with a learning disability, autism and those with other complex needs throughout the Inverclyde area.
Since 2002, we have worked in partnership with Inverclyde HSCP to develop personalised packages of support for people and over the last 7 years, we have successfully developed a forum that enables the people we support to express their views and visions about service delivery.
Over the past 5 years, we have established a supported living and outreach support service for those who have mental health diagnoses; being supported to maintain their home and access to volunteering, learning and development opportunities.
Throughout our time in Inverclyde we have fundraised and developed the service based on feedback from the people we support. We have inspired individuals to increase their social circle and take part in meaningful activities within Inverclyde.
