Our Dumfries based Access Art Service has been operating in the surrounding area for over 15 years. The service provides opportunities for people who may have communication and complex difficulties to express themselves through various creative routes.

We work with a diverse range of partners including, Alzheimer’s Scotland, Paragon, local education services, in the creation of individual, collective and community art projects across the region. Initially the service was only available to people with learning disabilities however we believe every person is born an artist so our partnerships help us to include more people.
