Well done Fiona winning a Sporting Achievement Award at the Scottish Learning Disability Awards

Fiona Dawson who is supported by Turning Point Scotland Prestwick receiving her award for Sporting Achievement at the first ever Scottish Learning Disability Awards. 

Fiona is a double world record-breaker for her success with the South Ayrshire Swim Team Para Squad.

During her swimming career, Fiona has won multiple gold and silver medals in the Special Olympics and the European Down’s Syndrome Championship.

Fiona is now training to be a swimming coach.
