Turning Point Scotland is pleased to report further progress towards gender equality

Turning Point Scotland continues to be committed to undertaking the Gender Pay Gap Analysis and this year’s results are testament to our positive action for equality and diversity to ensure fairness and transparency.

We are pleased to report that we do not have a significant gap in pay between men and women. Our mean gap is 0% and our median gap is 0%.

The figures and the accompanying written statements can be read in the full report from 2021 and our latest report in 2022. This explains how we will continue our duty around our anti-discriminatory pay practices.

This report has also been posted to the Government’s Gender Pay Gap website.
